Over a 20 min wait for pick up, after an hour wait from time of ordering. Very disorganized and prioritizing uber deliveries. That being said it was Valentine’s Day so some consideration is given.

The sushi was good. The seaweed salad was awful and went in the garbage. I placed an order ahead of time for pick up and paid online. When we arrived for pick up they gave my husband the wrong order and made him PAY FOR IT! He was leaving and realized my name is NOT Wendy. OF COURSE, they did not know how to refund the card (convenient) and offered a gift card. NOT OK - the gift card should have been +50% since we have to go back because they messed up and we paid for someone else's meal. So, we spent $220 there today and got our $118 order and have no choice but to come back - hopefully she didn't mess up the gift card.

The servers and staff working here are wonderful. I had placed an order online for pick up, and saw that one of the dishes was made as spicy when I wanted it as mild. However, I realized afterwards that there was an option online to set the spiciness level and I had missed that. Even though it was my mistake and error, the staff was very accommodating in making me a new dish with no hassle, which I really appreciated. Thank you for great service, the staff is why our family loves coming back here :)
